What is Trades Growth Hub?
Trades Growth Hub (TGH) helps tradespeople ask customers for reviews, encourage referrals and see how customers engage, mainly through a WhatsApp Assistant.
How does the WhatsApp Assistant work?
Message your TGH Assistant with the customer you've worked for. It prepares a personalised review request, and you check it before it goes to your customer. WhatsApp sending needs your sending setup completed in your account first.
What is a ReviewMe link?
A shareable feedback page for your business. Customers open it, share their experience (with optional help from a writing assistant) and continue to the review platform you've chosen.
Does TGH automatically post Google reviews?
No. Customers always write, check and post their own reviews. TGH just makes it easier for them.
Do I need technical experience?
No. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use TGH.
Can I track my review requests?
Yes. Your dashboard shows the review requests you've sent, ReviewMe link activity and referral enquiries.
How do customer referrals work?
Happy customers can recommend your business to people they know. Referral enquiries can be seen in your TGH account. Referrals depend on customers choosing to share, so they can't be guaranteed.
How much does TGH cost?
One plan: £9.99 a month, billed monthly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime, according to the billing terms.
