About these Terms

Trades Growth Hub is a trading name and software product operated by Tethered Connections Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13626838, with its registered office at 103 Colney Hatch Lane, Muswell Hill, London, England, N10 1LR.

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Tethered Connections Limited, trading as Trades Growth Hub.

In these Terms, references to “Trades Growth Hub”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tethered Connections Limited, trading as Trades Growth Hub.

Use of the service

Use Trades Growth Hub responsibly and only upload, generate or publish content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide, for the messages you send to your own customers through the platform, and for complying with applicable laws including marketing, privacy and consumer-protection rules.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where continued access poses a risk to the service or other users.

Subscriptions, payments and credits

Paid plans, credits and add-on features are billed in accordance with the pricing shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Consumable credits are non-refundable once used.

Messaging and customer contact

When you use Trades Growth Hub to contact your own customers (for example review requests, follow-ups or marketing messages), you remain the sender of those communications and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our reasonable control may cause downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tethered Connections Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of Trades Growth Hub. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email to your account address.
